The Director of Niaz Kitchens, Henry Niaz, has a Middle Eastern background. He moved to Greece in 1979 where he developed his experience working for 3.5 years at a joinery company in Athens.
Migrating to Australia in early 1983, Henry worked in Sydney's busy joinery industry until 1986. Utilising his drafting and joinery skills, he then set about building his own company, focusing on quality and pride in his work. These principals still stand firm in the business today.
